Superior Sports was born out of a partnership on a top-10 NBA
Draft pick. After working together through that process, we made
the decision to build something of our own — an agency that
gives athletes Superior representation without paying ridiculous
agent fees. We started with 5 clients and have grown to 32.
Our mission is to continue making an impact for players and
creating professional athletes. We are experts in developing talent, pushing undervalued players, and maximizing athletes' earning
potential and on-court fit.

Throughout his career, Mitchell has negotiated NBA contracts and multi-million dollar NIL agreements for his clients. He has also structured over $20 million in marketing contracts and facilitated 50+ NIL deals for college athletes. Prior to co-founding Superior Sports, he held positions at Priority Sports and Entertainment and Octagon Basketball, where he contributed to high-profile client accounts including All-Stars, MVP-level talent, and All-NBA selections. Most recently, Mitchell co-represented a top-10 NBA Draft selection in the lead-up to his draft night.

A Houston native, Barker played at Prairie View A&M University, where he helped lead the Panthers to their first conference title since 1962, graduating in 2003 with a degree in Kinesiology. Barker's coaching career includes positions at Arkansas State, Bowling
Green, Louisiana Tech, TCU, and New Mexico State. During his tenure at Humble Christian Life Center Academy (2005-2010), he coached multiple future professional players, including an NBA Draft pick.
